If you are coming back from an injury and need 100% attention from your instructor, these 1 to 1 sessions work really well. This can be a short-term option, until you are confident in your body and ready to transfer into an existing class or you may prefer to stay in a 1-to-1 programme.
If you’re new to Pilates and feel nervous about joining an established class, these sessions are ideal to build your confidence and learn the fundamental exercises to prepare you for class Pilates.
Our personal training sessions are held at our smaller Pilates studio. These sessions include a good blend of 1-to-1 Pilates Reformer and Tower training (also cardio training if you require it). Personal Training can also help with weight loss and nutrition to achieve optimal health and well-being.

To book a private session please contact the studio (see the contact us page) and we will find you the right instructor for your needs. Your instructor will call you to discuss your goals and arrange all your training dates and times. Payments will be taken at the studio via cash or card.
