At the Pilates Rehab Studio, we can now offer our clients the chance to learn the full Pilates system within our Full Apparatus classes. Using the combination of the Reformer, Tower, Mat, Barrels and Chairs, offers our instructors the opportunity to challenge movement with loads and resistance, giving us the tools to strengthen and tone your entire body. As strength and confidence grows, this allows us to adapt load and resistance for each person as they progress.

Mat & Tower Classes

  • Mixture of Classic Mat Pilates & Tower Pilates exercises
  • Only 6 clients per class
  • Classes are ability based, so are ideal for everyone
  • Classes are a mix of Classic Mat Pilates alongside the resistance and support of the towers

Full Apparatus Classes

  • Mixture of Pilates Mat work, Reformer, Tower, Barrels & Chair
  • Only 6 clients per class
  • Classes are ability based, so ideal for everyone
  • During these classes you will have access to all the equipment in the studio allowing us to work with resistance for the full hour
  • Training with full apparatus allows us to progress you through the whole repertoire
